Thank you for shopping with Esmee's Roozt. I hand make all of our products and ship them myself. Due to the nature of the work and everything done by one individual, please allow for 3-7 days for processing.
Returns
Esmee's Roozt does not accept returns. All sales are final but if a product is damaged upon arrival, contact e[email protected] with images of the damage so we can work something out! Additionally please keep the package and all its content until a resolution has been reached. Incase of invalid address where items are returned to us, customers will incur a redelivery fee.
